How can you determine the most suitable content to post for my business?

During the sign-up process, you will complete a detailed questionnaire covering your company's profile, branding strategies, ideas, and target audience. This information will enable us to grasp the essence of your company, ensuring that our approach aligns with your vision.

Where do you source your content?

The strategy varies depending on the client. For those with abundant content, we primarily utilize their existing material. Conversely, for clients with limited content, our approach leans towards using premium stock photos or creating graphic-design centric posts aligned with their brand. Importantly, we collaborate closely with each client to tailor our approach to their specific needs.

Do I need to share my login details?

No need for passwords – simply link your social media accounts via our platform's official integration for seamless scheduling.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

You have the flexibility to cancel on a month-to-month basis. However, we kindly request that you initiate the cancellation at least 7 days before the start of your next billing cycle, as this timeframe allows us to allocate resources effectively for the upcoming month's posts.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the extensive manual labor required to produce bespoke content for each client, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.

At Digital Magic Touch, while we strive for excellence, we cannot promise specific outcomes, results, or a guaranteed level of content quality. That said, we are open to making revisions that fall within the parameters of the original brief.

Should you encounter any technical difficulties with our scheduling platform, our team is here to provide support. In cases where issues remain unresolved, we recommend that clients take the initiative to post the content themselves.

Please note that our fees cover the creation of content only. Posting on your behalf is an additional, complimentary service we provide. As such, technical hindrances that prevent us from posting on your behalf do not qualify for a refund. In such instances, we advise downloading the content we've created and posting it yourself when necessary.

Is the content custom made for me?

Certainly, content is tailored specifically for your brand or objective, encompassing a range of formats such as images, videos, articles, and beyond. Crafted entirely from the ground up, it is designed to align with your brand's unique requirements and ambitions, rather than being repurposed from

pre-existing sources. This bespoke content fulfills a variety of roles, from marketing and branding to educational or entertainment purposes.

Can I use my account myself?

Absolutely, you can. We actively encourage our clients to contribute their own content whenever necessary. The extent of your involvement is entirely up to you; if your schedule is too demanding for social media engagements, rest assured that we have your accounts well-managed.
