Conversely, for clients with limited content, our approach leans towards using premium stock photos or creating graphic-design centric posts aligned with their brand. Importantly, we collaborate closely with each client to tailor our approach to their specific needs.

No need for passwords – simply link your social media accounts via our platform's official integration for seamless scheduling.

You have the flexibility to cancel on a month-to-month basis. However, we kindly request that you initiate the cancellation at least 7 days before the start of your next billing cycle, as this timeframe allows us to allocate resources effectively for the upcoming month's posts.
Due to the extensive manual labor required to produce bespoke content for each client, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.
 
At Digital Magic Touch, while we strive for excellence, we cannot promise specific outcomes, results, or a guaranteed level of content quality. That said, we are open to making revisions that fall within the parameters of the original brief.
 
Should you encounter any technical difficulties with our scheduling platform, our team is here to provide support. In cases where issues remain unresolved, we recommend that clients take the initiative to post the content themselves.
 
Please note that our fees cover the creation of content only. Posting on your behalf is an additional, complimentary service we provide. As such, technical hindrances that prevent us from posting on your behalf do not qualify for a refund. In such instances, we advise downloading the content we've created and posting it yourself when necessary.
